Doing street photography in Copenhagen is quiet easy. Here everything is peaceful and nobody will disturb you until you don’t start to be inadequate. In other words please do not disturb. If yopu want to feel a real photographer taking people in picture without their permission please go to the most tourisitic places of the city. But leave the inhabitants in peace. Really.
